PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & PRICES
Xiezhuangdan aims to ensure 100% accuracy in our stock levels and the information provided but cannot guarantee full product availability due to technical or unforeseen circumstances.
In the event that an item/s is not in stock after an order has been placed, Xiezhuangdan will notify you by email and will await your response. If no response is received after a few days we will remove the item/s from your order and a refund will be issued.
Prices are as stated and are subject to change at any time without any given notice.
Discount codes and promotions are sometimes available and are subject to terms and availability. These codes and promotions cannot be extended or applied retrospectively to an order. Only one discount or promotion can be used per order.
COLOUR VARIATION
Xiezhuangdan takes every possible step to ensure product images are a true representation of the physical product but we cannot guarantee a perfect match due to the unlimited number of variations between monitor calibrations.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Once an order has been accepted, Xiezhuangdan agrees to process and dispatch the order as stated in full in the shipping terms (more information here). In the event that we are unable to uphold these terms you will be notified by email.
In the case of any delays once an order has been dispatched, including but not restricted to: postal delays or acts of nature, Xiezhuangdan cannot be held liable
